Hi Jeff,
First off I want to thank you for an amazing experience. I could not give any feedback at the time you were asking because I was in a state of numbness for lack of a better word. I have to tell you that I was focusing on just one part of my body that is in pain but during the session, I started feeling other aches that I have been ignoring. Also I did see and feel a glow of white light almost angelic. Is that normal? Looking forward to another one.

Thank you, Jeff for the great zoom session. It was wonderfully relaxing, especially as I was able to lie down and submit completely to the sound of your bowls. I could feel the vibrations travel down my arms into my fingers, feeling the energy move around my body. I used my Bose glasses for transmission and the sound was so clear

It was nice to be alone to release feeling & tune my chakras. Bring in the Violet flame St Germaine energy

During the majority of the session, my eyes watered constantly, like it does when I do automatic writing. I yawned a great deal throughout and had so many thoughts going through my mind. I also saw a murky image displaying green lights. I wonder if the green lights are Spirit's way of saying YES, follow through on my desire to change my present circumstance.
